A high body temperature is one of the first signs of COVID. Employees coming into work with COVID symptoms is dangerous, even if the person feels well. Some companies took steps to have employees get their temperature checked when they came to work. This can be a very time-consuming and expensive process. After all, you need to have at least one person, or more for bigger companies, at every location, all day. 
A way around this was to use thermal cameras. As part of the overall security CCTV, thermal cameras can automatically detect when someone has a high body temperature and can deny them access to the building until they have been tested. 
Event Management Software
The events industry took a huge hit thanks to COVID0-19. Many countries were locked down, events were canceled and no international travel was allowed. Yet events are a very important channel for a lot of businesses, attracting potential customers. 
A lot of businesses had to pivot quickly and move their events to a virtual setting, with some success. Now that countries are beginning to open back up again, more live events are beginning to be scheduled. But unlike before, there are a lot of extra precautions that need to be taken because of COVID. Event organizers must have a real-time grasp of the attendees, countries people are attending from and keep flawless records of everything. So if a case of COVID is detected amongst anyone who has attended the event, the other delegates can be tracked and notified immediately.
